Michael Avila is an unscripted television development producer. Currently serving as Director of Development at the Emmy Award winning production company Magical Elves - best know for such hits at TOP CHEF (Bravo) and NAILED IT! (Netflix).

Michael is on the team responsible for developing new unscripted series including BRAIN GAMES: ON THE ROAD (Nat Geo) and SNOOP & MARTHA’S VERY TASTY HALLOWEEN (Peacock).

Prior to joining Magical Elves, Michael spent 5 years at NBCUniversal, both at Bravo and E! as a junior creative exec on such series as VANDERPUMP RULES, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS, BELOW DECK, BOTCHED, and REVENGE BODY.

Estevan

Estevan has written on the female-driven murder/mystery drama series LONG SLOW EXHALE (Paramount TV/Spectrum), the murder/mystery/dramedy series project RETROGRADE (Neftlix), and the autobiographical scripted podcast ELOTE PREPARADO starring Harvey Guillen (WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS) as part of Love in Gravity; a new scripted audio anthology series. Estevan got his start as the Writers' PA on the Jerry Bruckheimer Television-produced BAD BOYS franchise spinoff series LA'S FINEST at (Spectrum/Fox). Estevan began his career as a Manager of Television Development & Programming at dick clark productions, penning red carpet specials for live entertainment programs including THE GOLDEN GLOBES, E! LIVE FROM THE RED CARPET AT THE OSCARS, THE GRAMMYS, BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS, AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS, THE STREAMY AWARDS and others.
